At Zypac Infotech, we strive to provide high-quality web development services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel a project or request a refund. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines our policies in such situations.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel a project, you must provide written notice to Zypac Infotech. If the cancellation is made before any work has been started, a full refund will be provided. If work has already started, the refund amount will be determined based on the amount of work completed and any expenses incurred up to that point.

Cancellation by Zypac Infotech: We reserve the right to cancel any project if we determine that the project is outside of our scope of expertise or if the client violates our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Refund Policy:

Full Refund: A full refund will be provided if the client cancels the project before any work has been started or if Zypac Infotech cancels the project.

Partial Refund: If work has already started on the project, the refund amount will be determined based on the amount of work completed and any expenses incurred up to that point.

No Refund: No refund will be provided if the client terminates the project due to a change in requirements or if the client violates our Terms and Conditions.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the payment. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.

Dispute Resolution: If there is a dispute over the refund amount, Zypac Infotech and the client will work together to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek legal remedies.
